This notice applies to esegura.us. It does not govern information handled under a separate customer agreement or project-specific privacy notice.

Information we collect

Our hosting, security and analytics services may also process limited technical data such as IP address, approximate country, browser information, page activity, referral source, performance measurements, timestamps and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page usage, approximate country and website performance. The configured analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to identify visitors, and eSegura does not use this website to build individual advertising profiles. Server access and security logs may still process IP addresses for delivery, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, operate and secure the website, understand aggregate audience and performance trends, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with applicable law. We do not use the contact form to collect passwords, payment information or sensitive project data.

Disclosure and sale

Information may be processed by service providers supporting DreamHost website hosting and email delivery, Cloudflare analytics and abuse prevention, subject to their applicable terms. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business records, security and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Retention may vary when an inquiry becomes a contractual engagement.

Your choices and California requests

We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
